Preparing orders

Orders from cloudspire.store are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Packed for small parts, cables, plugs, adapters, boxed accessories, and electronic components.

Courier delivery

Standard courier delivery is used unless another method is stated at checkout. Standard courier shipment is free, and estimated delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Product-specific checking

Customers should check the parcel and product soon after delivery, especially for model compatibility, connector type, specification, installation condition, defect evidence, and accessory fit. Keep packaging and the shipping label if a delivery claim is needed.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates. Courier workload, public holidays, weather, service disruption, address issues, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. CLOUDSPIRE SDN. BHD. is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcel

If the parcel is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact cloudspire1@outlook.com with the order number and clear supporting evidence so the courier matter can be checked.
